Charlotte + David : Romantic Disney Wedding

June 19, 2019 by Jensey 1 Comment

It’s Charlotte and David’s blog day!!! :)

You might remember Charlotte and David’s engagement session if you ever mistook one of our brides for Zooey Deschanel! :) I was dying to photograph this day ever since Nate took their engagement photos around downtown Winter Garden. :)

Charlotte and David traveled all the way from the UK to get married! When 16 year old Charlotte took a family vacation to Walt Disney World, she caught a glimpse of the Wedding Pavilion from the ferry and knew she’d be back to get married there some day. Well, spoiler alert: Her dream came true and it was such a lovely day, and not just because I got to listen to their delightful accents for 10 hours! :)

There is no way to put into words how much we loved these two, so I’ll just leave you with Charlotte’s wedding vows, which made me fall in love with their love!

“You’ve literally made my dreams come true today because you love me- possibly too much- and knew it meant the world to me. I love your kindness, your handsome face, your loyalty, and your patience. I love how much you love me, the way you look at me, and that you put up with my constant singing. I love your bad jokes, your dodgy dancing, and of course your bum! I am so thankful for all the memories we have shared, our funny first date because your brothers canceled on you, the sweet way you asked me to be your girlfriend, and your face when you saw how much I could eat for breakfast. I promise to keep reminding you your kabobs on the way home are unhealthy and to wear lots of sun cream because I want to live long happy lives by each other’s side. You are and will always be my greatest adventure and I’m so excited for all we’ve got before us.”

Huge thanks to our wonderful vendor friends for making this day so magical, but the most thanks goes to this sweet couple. Charlotte and David, we can’t wait to catch up again on your future trips back here!!

Charlotte had two amazing dresses- The vintage number above and then this classic ballgown below (complete with majestic bow in the back!)

Look at the little hidden Mickey on David’s wedding band!!! <3

This one of Charlotte’s Mum watching her daughter get dressed gives me alllllll the feels. <3

David was the most, most dapper! <3

Charlotte and her father had their first look in front of my Mary Poppins fountain! (I’m just loaning it to the Grand for the time being, but expect to have it back in my front yard soon.)

“Wingardium leviosa!”

One of my many favorites! Looooooved Charlotte’s sweet parents. <3

Hellloooooo, Zooey Deschanel!

Nate and I wanted to adopt all three- British accents and all! <3 <3 <3

After guests enjoyed dinner and toasts on the patio, they headed to the Whitehall Room for dancing and magic lanterns! :)

Look at this wedding cake topper!!!

Their first dance began like any other…

… And morphed into one of the most impressive choreographed dances to a montage of Disney favorites! :)

I don’t have a clue what’s going on here, but I’m obsessed and felt the need to share. More of whatever this is, please! :)

Charlotte and David, we can’t thank you enough for having us. Come back and visit soon!!! :)

Megan + Trent : Orlando Destination Wedding at the Grand Floridian Resort

May 13, 2019 by Jensey 1 Comment

They became best friends immediately after meeting and bonding over Disney, and then dated soon after. There was never a question of where they’d get married- Megan even kept a note from Trent early on that talks about maybe having a Disney wedding in their future! :)

If this wasn’t enough to make you love these two, Megan worked at Journey Into Imagination with Figment, and we got to swap a few crazy guest stories from our time as cast members!

Thank you to this vendor team for making it a lovely one! :)

Venues: Ceremony at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion followed by a reception in a Grand Floridian Ballroom

Planner : Kristie from Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons

I love a dress with sleeves! <3 <3
Still in love with these bridesmaids!! :)
This first look <3 < 3 <3 Immediately after their first look, Megan’s pastor came out to pray over her, Trent, and their parents. <3 When your best man is your twin brother! ;) For those of you worried that your groom won’t be emotional when you walk down the aisle if you do a first look… ;) Getting married during lovebug season in Florida means you might have some friends join you! :) Favorite. <3   After the wedding, Nate met them at the Boardwalk Inn for a few more just-married photos! :)

Megan and Trent, thank y’all for everything- We wish you the very best!!!! :)

Vanessa + Brian : Orlando Wedding Photographers

May 12, 2019 by Jensey 1 Comment

Haaaaaaaappy Mother’s Day, friends!!!

I (incredibly selfishly) love this day because I love seeing our brides and grooms sharing our photos of them with their parents on their wedding day! :) Today is *extra* special because it’s Ollie’s 2nd birthday, but I’ll share more about that later- Today is Vanessa and Brian’s wedding preview post. Which makes me immensely happy because Vanessa is an amazing Mama to her little, Ryder! <3

Thank you to our vendor team for making this such an amazing day! :)

Venues : Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and American Adventure Rotunda
Wedding Planner: Elizabeth
Officiant: Kevin Knox
Hair & Makeup: A Touch of Fierce
Videographer: Trinity Wedding Cinema
Dress: Allure Bridal from Town Shop Bridal in Poughkeepsie, NY
Bridesmaid Dresses: Kleinfeld Bridal

These photos were on Vanessa’s bouquet to remember her grandmother. She loved Disney and we learned she was quite the spitfire! <3Favorite shot of the day- Nate took this of Brian and Ryder’s shoes. <3 Vanessa and her girls got ready in a ballroom at the Yacht and Beach Club Convention Center. I looooooved this space, because there was plenty of room for her girls to spread out, but there was also this long hallway with gorgeous window light so we could pop out and shoot details, and even get Vanessa dressed! Father daughter first look. <3Not pictured : The utter confusion when Vanessa saw her wedding gift from Brian was a pair of Vans, lol! This was when she opened the box and saw they’d been hand painted with her favorite Disney things. <3 LOOK. AT. THIS. FAMILY. PHOTO. <3 Vanessa surprised her *Dad* with a ride in Cinderella’s Coach and his reaction was precious!Don’t let their small size fool you. ;) Off to the American Adventure Rotunda for their reception- My favorite space! <3 Vanessa’s choreographed dance to “My Girl” with her father gave me all the feels…But so did Brian’s dance with his mom to “You’ll Be in my Heart.” Vanessa, Brian, and Ryder- Thank you for having us along for the ride. And happy Mother’s Day, Vanessa!!! :)
