I LOVE the story behind Lauren and Rob’s proposal:
Before I even met Rob, my family’s favorite part of going to Disney World was walking from our favorite resort, Boardwalk, into Epcot and watching the fireworks show, Illuminations, from Italy. I remember standing on that bridge on a family trip in October 2016 thinking to myself that I couldn’t wait to one day share this spot with that special person. Little did I know, that in less than a year I’d be back there with that person and it immediately became a special spot for us too.
Lauren’s bridesmaids’ reaction to her wedding dress. <3

On to the America Adventure Rotunda for the reception! :)
Lauren and Rob, we can’t thank you enough for letting us be a part of your day!!! We’re so excited for what this year has in store for y’all! <3
I’ll never be able to put into words what an honor it is photographing someone in “the industry.”
Anytime a makeup artist or planner mentions they hope we photograph their wedding someday, my gut response is always, “Are you sure?!?” This was the case with Kami, one of our Disney wedding planner friends. While we aren’t Disney cast members, the team at Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons most certainly makes us feel like one of their own!
When Kami first booked her wedding date, it was our farthest-out booking and felt like it would never get here. Being from Tennessee myself, I couldn’t wait to photograph this charming little town; I’ve only driven through and had no idea what views were in store. <3
We *loved* working with DeDe, the planner’s planner! There can be a lot of pressure being the planner for a wedding planner bride, but DeDe was grace under pressure when it came to making a rain backup call and the whole day was just *so* easy. Well… besides that brief time after the ceremony (as we were trying to rush to newlywed portraits), when our car got stuck in the mud! It took Nate, the videographer, father of the bride, and 3 incredibly kind women in their nicest dresses bringing gravel to put behind our tires to finally get un-stuck!
Always a story, I tell you! And now, here’s Kami and AJ’s!!
