Gloria + Joel : Engagement

Few things make us sadder in this business than having to tell a couple we’re already booked on their wedding date, and the sadness is tenfold when the bride or groom is the sibling of a past Root bride or groom! We’ve photographed both of Gloria’s brothers’ weddings, and I was heartbroken that we were unavailable for her wedding. Luckily, we were still able to meet up and shoot some photos around Winter Park!

Katie + Jordan : Engagement

To say we’re beyond excited to be shooting Katie and Jordan’s wedding is such an understatement. I mean… Look at these two! :)

When we told Katie to make Jordan laugh, things got intense!

Love, love, love when we both nail the same “moment.” Mine’s on the left, Nate’s on the right. :)

My favorite thing about engagement sessions is catching the little things.

Jordan looked darn right adorable in his tie. :)

THIS is why I know, without a doubt, I will love their wedding day!
