Karlie + Chris : Epcot Canada Wedding

March 19, 2019 by Jensey Leave a Comment

When Chris’s sister heard there was a new Vet Tech in their office, she had four questions: was she nice?, was she cute?, was she single?, and would she like to date her brother? The answers to all four of those questions were YES! and the rest was history! :)

Karlie and Chris decided to cancel their New Hampshire barn wedding and get married in their happy place- Walt Disney World! We were absolutely honored to capture their story!

Our job is so weird sometimes, lol! :) This is our bride and groom on the way to Epcot for their first look! Or a kidnapping, you decide!

I never get tired of an empty Epcot morning. <3

Kevin Knox, maybe our longest vendor friend in this business! We fell in love with him all over again when he showed up with his usual smile and this time, homemade hot chocolate by his gorgeous wife, Teresa! I meannnnnnnnn <3

Maybe my favorite cake topper ever! <3

Karlie and Chris, thank you for letting us crash your beautiful wedding!!! :)

2018 Disneyland Trip!

March 12, 2019 by Jensey Leave a Comment

DIDNEYLAND! Our favorite place!!! I can’t believe this was Ollie’s second time in 15 months!! This trip was vastly different from our last, but I so loved watching him experience everything. Just like at our home park, Disney days look a *little* different than they used to- Less rides and more “Hey, let’s run around this random trash can for an hour.” Less character meets and more, “Hey, I’m gonna go flirt with this random custodial cast member for a few minutes.” I wouldn’t trade it for the world, even though photos are a *little* harder to get than they used to be!

And we were lucky enough to make this trip with our friends, so it was double the fun having the kids in matching outfits and watching them play. Of course they play at Disney all the time back home, but it really is different when you’re on vacation! :)

The epitome of Disney Ollie in the next two frames : Thrilled to be waiting in line and climbing on the rails…

… Kiiiiiinda hates the actual ride, lol.

LOOK AT THE EXCITEMENT ON THIS FACE I CANNOT STAND IT.

I. MEAN. <3

Just a little best friend hand holding during dinner. :)

The last time this photo was taken!!!!!! I knew this was the one I wanted to recreate!

Ok, as much as I love Disneyland, I’m also going to say we got blown off by *every* character we encountered. Like, it sort of became this depressing joke. I’d be heartbroken if this were my only time to interact with my favorite characters!!

One last spin on our beloved Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train! :(

The Pearly Band!! One of my favorite impromptu moments of our trip, and the only characters he wasn’t immediately terrified of! <3

See this? The thrill in his eyes and size of that smile? THIS was his favorite part of the entire vacation- Playing with and knocking on White Rabbit’s door! I think we clocked about 40 minutes in this little spot!

Do. You. See. His. Shirt!!! He was so so close to taking those first steps and I was willing it a little too much- I took my first steps in Disneyland and wanted the same for him!! (Alas, it ended up happening in Nashville a week later!)

Back on the first ride he ever did- Casey Jr. Circus Train! :)

That omg-I’m-up-three-hours-past-my-bedtime-smile!

Jamie + Vince : Disney Wedding at the Wedding Pavilion and American Adventure Rotunda

March 4, 2019 by Jensey Leave a Comment

Jamie and Vince. <3

We knew there wouldn’t much light after their sunset ceremony for portraits, and we knew they didn’t want a first look. It was the first time in a while that a timeline has made me so nervous, and praying to the weather Gods to at least give us a clear night! Our prayers were answered and their wedding evening was absolutely perfect. :)

This dressss! It even had a skirt that Jamie tied on for the ceremony to make the silhouette a little more traditional ballgown, and then she was able to take it off before the reception and have a completely different look!

Jamie’s gift to Vince for him to share with his groomsmen. <3

Disney couples pay attention! Connecting rooms mean more photo time because Nate and I can just float between the two rooms. And we can get cute getting ready photos like this! <3

Jamie’s bridesmaids seeing her in her dress for the first time! :)

I mean just look at that smize while coming over the bridge! Be still my photographer heart! <3

Then it was on to our second home last year- The American Adventure Rotunda! <3

Jamie and Vince, thank you for having us and for one of my favorite Root selfies ever!! <3
