Prairie + Nick | Disney Grand Floridian Wedding

Prairie was a nurse at a St. Louis children’s hospital with Nick’s sister, Katie. They were listening to a staff meeting and learning about a New Year’s event they were hosting in the city. When Katie found out Prairie didn’t have someone to go with, she said ‘You should go with my brother!’, and now here I am writing their wedding blog post!

Last December, Nick told Prairie he set up a spa day before a Christmas concert they were going to that night. He drove her to the hotel where the concert was supposed to be, but there was no concert; just a beautifully decorated hallway with giant Christmas trees… and Nick down on one knee. ✨

This one was extra snuggly and giggly, and I’m still swooning over the teddy bear themed nursery!

I love a newborn lifestyle photo session. That feeling of pure love, pure exhaustion, and when you pair it with a precocious toddler: a little bit of pure madness. :)

Betsy + Victor | Wedding Pavilion + Living Seas Salon

Betsy and Victor first met back in 2003 through a mutual friend. Even though they both liked each other, the timing just wasn’t right. For years, they’d see each other every now and then through their mutual friend. It wasn’t until years later when Victor was planning a Disney Cruise and their friend got them back in touch with each other. Two cruises just as friends later, they realized how easy it was to be around each other. In 2023, twenty years after they first met, Betsy and Victor finally started dating. ✨

When it came time to propose, Victor literally spent months designing the perfect ring and proposed on their verandah the first night of a Disney Cruise. Everything was so thought out, down to the ring box being Pascal from Tangled.
