Even though hurricane Irene threatened to put a damper on this outdoor Disney wedding, lucky for us, she changed course a few days prior. Tara and Matt’s wedding day had its share of thundershowers, but thankfully, they were another wonderful “go with the flow” couple. :)

Jacque and John’s engagement session in Franklin, Tennessee was full of falling leaves and autumn colors, so it was only perfect that their spring wedding was true to that season, as well- Bursting from the seam with pinks and greens. Even Jacque’s wedding gown was draped in flowers!

Past Grand Floridian Weddings :
With this year’s royal wedding trifecta, I felt I would be remiss to not feature a princess inspired post! And while fashion’s princess, Kate Moss, Duchess Kate, and Princess Charlene of Monaco’s weddings were stylistically different, they all oozed endless amounts of glamour.
Since many of the Roots’ couples wed at Disney World, I thought Cinderella Castle would be the perfect backdrop for this fairytale! :) At Disney, it’s easy to get caught up in the details that remind us of our childhood. For a strictly elegant affair, forgo the mouse ears and opt for something a bit more chic. Here’s my take on a Disney wedding fit for a modern day princess! :)
