Katie + Dustin : Indian Lake Wedding in the Adirondacks, New York

Now THIS is how you kick off wedding season… Nate and I flew into Albany, rented a car, spent some time strolling real-life Saratoga, and then drove to our cabin for the weekend with this view greeting us. I mean… <3

Katie and Dustin were married at her parents’ camp in the Adirondacks. The only thing I knew about this place before going was that it inspired one of my favorite types of chairs, but holy. gorgeous. ness!

When Katie was watching the weather forecast and it looked like rain was imminent, she took it in stride and didn’t flinch at the usually-dreaded “plan B.” One of Dustin’s wedding requests was pushing for this awesome reception tent, and we could not be happier he did!

Other than a few sprinkles, rain stayed away, and it was off on a pontoon boat with the bride and groom to a private beach for some photos. Because why not, right?

Orlando Family Session Photographer

A few months after we photographed Katie and Dustin’s engagement session, Katie contacted us about doing a family session with her family… They were all in town on vacation and it was the perfect time to get to know the crew before the big wedding in New York! :) I love every single one of these faces and I’m excited to share the wedding teaser photos next!
